3428 (later 442542) Sapper Charles Henry Ingham, Royal Engineers.

Killed in action on the 22 March 1918, whilst serving with the 432nd Field Company, Royal Engineers, who formed part of the 66th (2nd East Lancashire) Division.

Born at Ludworth, Derbyshire but residing at Marple Bridge, Derbyshire when he enlisted at Manchester, Lancashire.

Remembered with Honour on the Pozieres Memorial, France.
