Teague's Medal Index Card shows entitled to the 1914 Star, British War and Victory Medals. He embarked for France on the 5 December 1914. Later served as 2089, Private, Royal Army Medical Corps.

Teague was at Huntroyde Auxiliary Military Hospital in May 1915 when the photo on the right was taken.
